At this point, we engage the project stakeholders that comprise the Product sponsor from your organization, and the Development team (product manager, Developers and UI/UX specialists) to use a creative process to clarify the problem. With Design Thinking, we empathize with the customer’s challenge, define the problem properly, ideate on possible solutions, create the personas and user flows for the product after which we prototype the product depending on your needs as we use this period to validate the end results and correct assumptions before moving fully into the development phase.
