At this phase of the project, your dedicated product manager and development team will commence the development process of your product within a set timeframe already estimated. All resources required to execute the project will be provided as per the initial agreement with you (client). The development phase would carry you along as we employ sprints such that you have a working product release per the completion of any given sprint and can decide whether to launch the product from the commencement or at the end of the development phase.
This means that the Quality Assurance process kicks off as soon as the product build commences so that errors are quickly found and corrected before they become a complete disaster to you.
