Launch and Product Support

After the development process of the product, the launch date is confirmed with the client considering any extension (if applicable) of the timeline due to delay or request that was not initially captured in the project brief. The launch process is initiated and a retrospective is carried out to capture learnings and outcomes from this build that can be great for the next phase or upgrade of the product. At the end of this, we provide a support window where our team begins to hand over the product and all captured documentation to the client.
